The
Dhira-Leadership Through Perfect Knowledge is a unique leadership
program that does not nurture the predatory instincts of its
participants or urge them to scramble, often at the expense
of others, to the very top. Instead, it inculcating true leadership
qualities such as integrity, compassion, self control, etc.,
and a through understanding of the fragile, living world around
us. It focuses on turning out responsible leaders, every bit
as successful, with the added advantage of not being
unencumbered by a ponderous 'karma' baggage or a polluted
consciousness in the bargain. The program was sponsored by
