Virtual
Mystical Museum
The
idea here is to create a science museum based on our understanding
of science. Meaning, we would like to sweep of the table all
those fancy models now currently on display in museums all over
the world, and invariably glorifying scientists and brandishing
their lame and often downright faulty explanation of sciences,
and replace it with presentations of who things really work.
The
original supreme scientists are emphatically the creator, the
Supreme Lord, and there is no getting around it. It is he who
has made all the things around us. Meaning, he the gentleman
who burned the midnight oil and stained his drawings with coffee
and laboriously, (if that is what it takes to drill this concept
into dull minds) painstakingly designed, engineered, lathed,
buffed, and spit polished his various creations. Not Neils Bohr,
Newton, or Neanderthal man!
True,
he, the original creator, is not around to take bows, but that
does not mean we select charlatans in his place and glorify
them. This would be akin to catching any old bald man with a
long stick and glorifying him as Mahatma Gandhi. Indeed, the
other day, on April first, the city hosted a show inviting audience
to catch a glimpse of their favourite actors. The actors were
their on stage, singing, dancing cavorting…but wait a
minute, Salman Khan…why is he looking so skinny, and Dev
Anand was actually looking young and not like a walking corpse…
Finally, it dawn upon you that they were impostors, young men
posing as the real actors, and that this indeed was one of those
bizarre shows that small towns specialise in.
Our
idea is to create a one-of-its-kind mystical museum in the world...Currently,
we are scouting for a place and sponsors for such a project.
In the mean time, we hope to put up a virtual museum right here
on the web.
